The suspected driver in a hit-and-run crash that killed a pregnant woman, her husband and ultimately their baby says he is ready to surrender. Julio Acevedo told the New York Daily News he was speeding away from a gunman who was trying to shoot at him early Sunday at the time of the collision in New York.
